In the occupied territories and territories, where active hostilities have ceased, establishments, which work is related to the field of customer service, are going to start their activities. These are social institutions, administrative service centers, museums, libraries, children's clubs, medical institutions, gas stations, etc. A significant number of retailers and catering establishments have moved to safer regions and are resuming their work there.

The Secretariat of the State Language Protection Commissioner of Ukraine continues to receive complaints from citizens regarding violations of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language” which regulates the use of the state language in consumer services.
