Representatives of the State Language Protection Commissioner shall be appointed by the State Language Protection Commissioner to ensure the performance of the Commissioner's authorities.

Representatives of the State Language Protection Commissioner are employees of the Secretariat of the State Language Protection Commissioner and they exercise their duties at the location of the Secretariat or in another place determined by the Commissioner.

The Commissioner coordinates activities of Representatives and controls over their duties’ execution.
