Taras Kremin, State Language Protection Commissioner held a meeting with Olga Budnyk, the Plenipotentiary Advisor of the Head of State for the Fund of the President of Ukraine for the Support of Education, Science and Sports.

The parties discussed the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as a State Language" in relevant areas and the popularization of the Ukrainian language abroad.

For reference. The fund was created to develop and support talented Ukrainians and their ideas in the fields of education, science and sports in order to strengthen Ukraine's leadership positions in the world.

The grants for studying abroad, internships for young people in leading foreign institutions of higher education and scientific institutions, involvement of lecturers from leading universities and scientific institutions of the world, participation of young people in international scientific and practical seminars and conferences, encouragement of young people for achievements, support for the implementation of projects in the field of education, science and sports are among the key programs of the foundation.
