Author and co-author of 180 legislative initiatives, 44 of which became the current laws. The Laws of Ukraine “On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the State language”, “On scientific and scientific and technological activities”, “On education”, “On professional pre-university education”, “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On education” concerning the special aspects of access of persons with special educational needs to educational services” are among the best-known ones. 

Mr. Kremin was the Chair of the Inter-Factional Deputy Association “Mykolayivshchyna” and the Co-chair of the Inter-Factional Deputy Association “South of Ukraine”, Member of the Groups on Inter-Parliamentary Relations with the Republic of Latvia, the Argentine Republic, the Kingdom of Norway, the Czech Republic, the United Arab Emirates, Romania, the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Kingdom of Sweden.
