The latest withdrawal of Ukrainian books from libraries in the temporarily occupied territories is a criminal demonstration of the kremlin's policy of linguocide. This was stated by the State Language Protection Commissioner Taras Kremin, commenting on the information of the Center for National Resistance regarding the delivery of propaganda literature by russians to the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region since the beginning of the new academic year.

"Propaganda waste paper replaces Ukrainian books that the enemy continues to destroy. The scale of the linguocide is catastrophic, so the whole world should know about them, and we take effective countermeasures. Where the russian boots are temporarily trampled, the Mankurtization will not succeed!" Taras Kremin said.  

The Commissioner once again stressed the need to introduce responsibility for crimes of linguocide to the Criminal Code of Ukraine in order for every occupant and collaborator to be punished.
